Each work of art is created with great care and attention to detail. For this reason, returns or exchanges of original paintings, prints, and commissioned works are generally not accepted.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item and the packaging to your email address: emseliebusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
After reviewing the shipping damage, we will, of course, find an appropriate solution. A refund or replacement is only possible if the damage can be clearly documented.
